All products delivered are new , in original condition and undergo through multiple quality checks before being packed and couriered. We believe in providing fulfilling and hassle free shopping experience to our customers but if you still decide to return our product , we are happy to help you out with the same. Returns acceptable within 7 days of the product received only as store credit .  A convenience charge of Rs 100 /- is applicable on every return . Shipping charges are not refundable for COD options .

However returns are not acceptable in following cases :-

 a) If it is determined that the product is damaged while in your possession.

b) If product is not in it’s original condition.

c) Part of the product delivery is missing including the original tags and packaging .

d) If product is different from what was shipped.

e) Products sold as combo/sets cannot be returned or replaced individually.

Here is how you can easily return products :-

1)  Go to the return center and fill in the required details. And we will schedule a reverse pickup.

2) Refund will be processed as store credit after the return shipment is received and examined at our faculty. Refunds are not issued to original payment method or bank account .

Do you offer replacement?

1) If the item ordered arrives in damaged , missing or in different condition from their description , it is eligible for free replacement depending on the availability of the product.

2) In case the same items are not available, we will initiate return.

Damaged Packages: - 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
